  • About Us

At Mindful Counseling & Wellness we are passionate about what we do! We love being a support and witness to internal change; providing a safe, compassionate environment for others who are learning to thrive in their lives! Mindful Counseling & Wellness was created out of a need we saw in the community. We believe in the importance of mental health which includes incorporating mind, body, & spirit and know that with the way life goes sometimes, we lose ourselves in the day-to-day. Our hope for this practice is for you to leave our doors feeling more self-aware, more empowered, and more confident in yourself!
