Gabrielle strongly believes in a warm, flexible, and collaborative approach to counseling wherein she supports and works together with you in order to reach your goals. Gabrielle recognizes that each individual has their own unique personal experience and path to recovery and strives to provide a holistic approach that takes into account their age, culture, heritage, language, faith, gender identity, sexual and affectual orientation, life experience and beliefs. She facilitates self-awareness and self-growth through providing both psychoeducation and an authentic counseling relationship. In order to best provide for her clients, Gabrielle is enthusiastic about increasing her skillset and getting trained and educated in many different areas in the near future. Gabrielle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of North Texas. She has conducted both individual and group counseling at college and agency settings where she provided services to individuals who have experienced complex trauma, domestic/intimate partner/ familial abuse, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other concerns.
