the best way out is always through. – Robert Frost
“I view therapy as a collaborative process in which clients’ individual goals are identified and utilized as the foundation for a working relationship. I hope to empower my clients to identify changes desired and to feel supported as they enact a plan to create lasting change in their life. I approach this process with a passion for working relationships built on transparency, honesty, intentionality, and curiosity. “
