Young Adult DBT Skills Group
Mindful Counseling is excited to announce that we will be offering a DBT skills group for young adults starting February 5. This group is targeted to individuals ranging in age from 18-26 and focuses on the unique needs and circumstances of young adulthood. DBT skills group focuses on learning how to utilize the four modules of DBT in everyday life. These modules include:
- Mindfulness skills
- Interpersonal Effectiveness skills
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotion Regulation.
Group is set to run weekly on Wednesdays 3pm to 430pm.
