  • Michelle Larson, M.S.W., Licensed Clinical Social Worker

    Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping others. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Studies from the University of North Texas. Michelle previously worked at a Children’s Advocacy Center providing group and individual therapy to children, teenagers, and adults that experienced abuse and trauma. Michelle also has experience working at a Family Justice Center helping survivors of domestic violence navigate complex and challenging safety issues.

    Michelle enjoys working with older children, adolescents, and young adults. She is trained and nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for clients under 17 years old.  She has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Michelle believes that change is possible through the individualized counseling process and strives to empower clients to advocate for themselves on the path of self-discovery.
