Sarah Tucker is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern under the supervision of Pedro J. Blanco, PhD. Sarah holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from the top-ranked University of North Texas Counseling program. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling from the University of North Texas with the goal of furthering her education to better serve her clients, while also gaining the experience necessary to advocate in the mental health field. Sarah's areas of education and experience include work with adults and teenagers experiencing concerns such as life transitions, anxiety and stress, grief and loss, trauma, career exploration, and parenting challenges.
Sarah strives to create a therapeutic relationship free from judgment and expectations, and believes it is within this relationship that individuals are able to openly explore their experiences and grow as a result. She recognizes the importance of understanding each person's unique experience, and strives to make counseling a collaborative process tailored to each individual.
