Lyndee's Counseling Approach

is from a humanistic perspective and believes that clients have the innate power within themselves to move towards holistic wellbeing. She believes that an authentic counseling relationship in tandem with a warm, affirming, and creative environment will empower clients to make meaning of their experiences and work through the barriers in their life keeping them stuck. Lyndee facilitates the healing process using foundations from Gestalt theory, but utilizes techniques from additional counseling theories when appropriate, such as CBT, CPT, and DBT. Above all else, Lyndee strives to create a space for you that is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and approached with cultural humility.
