Kenzie's Counseling Approach

Kenzie is a warm, compassionate counselor who offers a supportive space where clients can show up just as they are — no pressure, no judgment. She works from a humanistic, Person-Centered approach, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert on their own life. Her goal is to walk alongside each client as they navigate life’s challenges, explore their inner world, and reconnect with their authentic self. Kenzie tailors each session to the unique needs of the client, offering a nonjudgmental space to process, reflect, and grow. She integrates mindfulness practices, expressive arts, and creative techniques to support deeper self-awareness and healing—especially in moments when words alone don’t quite capture the full picture. Therapy with her is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in empathy, self-exploration, and authenticity.
