Lilith Garcia is a devoted counseling intern at Mindful Counseling supporting individuals 12 and up in walking beside you on your journey. She holds a safe sacred space for adolescents/adults, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent populations striving to cultivate a non-judgmental environment that allows for connection and validity. With a deep love for mindfulness, somatic practices, expressive arts, and holistic well-being, Lilith weaves together intuition and grounded presence in every session. Her approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and soul-deep acceptance—creating a safe space where clients can explore and express themselves. ˖+‧+ ̊♡
Lilith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is weaving her way through a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with graduation on the horizon in August 2025. Lilith has tended to the hearts and minds of others at the UNT Counseling and Human Development Center, gaining experience in holding space and offering guidance to all who seek solace and support. Guided by compassion and grounded knowledge, Lilith’s intention is to walk beside you on your journey of self-discovery—helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, embrace all your parts, and step fully into your true self.

Lilith's Counseling Approach

Is eclectic and collaborative, rooted in a soul-centered, humanistic approach where she holds a sacred space for clients to reconnect and explore with their most authentic selves. She believes that each person carries an innate wisdom and the capacity to blossom when met with deep presence, empathy, and intuitive support. In her work, Lilith blends Gestalt therapy with somatic and mindfulness practices, expressive arts, art therapy, and holistic spiritual therapy—inviting the mind, soul, and body into alignment. Lilith creates a collaborative and compassionate space where all parts of yourself are welcome and supported with tools to build your intuition & trust of self. Her practice honors the magic of the therapeutic relationship, grounded in unconditional positive regard, radical acceptance, and a fierce belief in each person to reach their full potential and become their true self. Lilith is deeply affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identities, and her space is woven with warmth, reverence, and the intention that all who enter feel seen, empowered, and supported on their path of healing and becoming. ˖+‧+ ̊♡
