Gabby's Counseling Approach

Gabby takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to counseling and believes that each person brings their own strengths, experiences, and perspective into the therapeutic process. Her goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward their goals. She strives to meet each client where they are and tailor counseling to their individual needs, recognizing that there is no single approach that works for everyone. Whether a client is navigating a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, working through relationship or family concerns, or simply seeking a better understanding of themselves, Gabby aims to walk alongside them throughout the process.
