Lilith supports individuals ages 12 and up, walking beside them on their journey of growth and self-discovery. She holds a safe, sacred space for adolescents and adults, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, cultivating a non-judgmental environment that fosters connection, validation, and empowerment. With a deep love for mindfulness/somatic practices, expressive arts, and holistic well-being, Lilith blends intuition with grounded presence in every session. Her approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and soul-deep acceptance, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and free to explore and express their truest selves. ˖+‧+ ♡
Lilith is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate who earned her B.S. in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She has had the honor of tending to the hearts and minds of others at the UNT Counseling and Human Development Center, where she gained experience holding space and offering guidance to those seeking comfort, clarity, and healing. In addition to her work with individuals, Lilith has served as a group facilitator in support groups, creating spaces that foster connection, empowerment, and shared healing. Guided by compassion and grounded wisdom, Lilith’s intention is to walk beside you on your journey of self-discovery helping you reconnect with your inner voice, embrace every part of yourself, and step fully into your most authentic being.

Lilith's Counseling Approach

Is eclectic and collaborative, rooted in a soul-centered, humanistic approach where she holds a sacred space for clients to reconnect and explore with their most authentic selves. She believes that each person carries an innate wisdom and the capacity to blossom when met with deep presence, empathy, and intuitive support. She creates a collaborative and compassionate space where all parts of yourself are welcome and supported with tools to build your intuition & trust of self. In her work, Lilith blends Gestalt therapy with somatic/mindfulness practices, expressive arts, and holistic spiritual therapy inviting the mind, soul, and body into alignment. A lover of all things witchy and whimsical, Lilith infuses her practice with drawing inspiration from practices like tarot and oracle work to deepen reflection and self-awareness. She honors both the magical and the practical aspects of healing, guiding clients to reconnect with their intuition and inner knowing. Her practice honors the magic of the therapeutic relationship, grounded in unconditional positive regard and radical acceptance by embracing all parts of ourselves.
