Natasha Francis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas Rehabilitation Counseling program. Natasha’s areas of education and experience include: rehabilitation focusing on empowering people from diverse populations, ages ranging from 18 years old and up with a focus on transitioning into independent living, disabilities and mood disorders, and stress management.

Natasha’s Counseling Approach

is based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and other techniques from different theories that best fit each of her clients as individuals. Natasha is a believer in the power of psychoeducation and supplies her clients with the tools they need to help themselves. Natasha believes in an active-directive approach to counseling, but does not disregard the importance of building relationships with her clients. Natasha strives to treat all of her clients with respect, compassion, empathy, and sensitivity in a judgement free zone!
