Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her therapeutic style is influenced by DBT & mindfulness-based approaches to healing. Sarah enjoys using the technique of expressive arts when working with clients in treatment and is passionate about internal family systems and solution focused therapy. She enjoys working in collaboration with adolescents, their families, and adults 18+ and couples to understand and reduce anxiety, cope with trauma, grow self-love and acceptance, decrease perfectionist thinking and cognitive distortions, increase mindfulness practices, enriching self-care practices, and explore the powerful and dynamic internal world that resides within each client. For fun Sarah enjoys musical theater, cooking with her family, spending time with husband and fur babies, Harry Potter and has a major obsession for anything related to llamas and alpacas.
