I am a seasoned licensed professional counselor with over 30 years experience in Behavioral Healthcare in various clinical settings where my focus has been on providing therapy services to Individuals, Couples and Families. My treatment areas of specialization include: Trauma (including Traumatic Body Injury), Depression, Anxiety, Life Coaching, Relationship Issues, Chronic Pain as well as Grief and Loss.

My goal within the therapeutic relationship is to serve as your tour guide while allowing you to identify the destination our journey will take. It is my passion to provide to you with a therapeutic process that will allow for your own personal growth while leading you to improvements in the overall quality of your life.
